Selecting the button will take you to the Business App. Once you set and confirm your password, you may be asked to choose your location:
Now you will be on a Business App screen and you can select the Launch button:
You will then allow CalendarHero to access your account:
And that's it! Now the CalendarHero app will open...
You're now ready to set up CalendarHero!
Success! If you see blue bars across the top as shown below, select Enter your work email address to open the User Profile. Next, Set your work location (or confirm that it is correct if it is pre-loaded).
If you don't have the blue bars, you can select My Account > My Profile Settings in the upper right corner, #3, above. You will then configure your location in the My Profile tab and your email in the Emails & Notifications tab. Donna Parsons signs in with her Google username so her Gmail is automatically included, but she adds her Outlook email by selecting and then enters the verification code that is sent to that email address.
Setting up My Assistant
Next, select the My Assistant tab in the top Menu. My Assistant is the invitation "sender." You can assign it an actual Name (e.g. Rosey ) but Donna Parsons is going to name hers "Parsons Mediation Scheduler." Next, she is going to toggle the Customize button and add a note to the default invitation text. Remember to hit Save in the lower right corner. You can customize this message even further. Learn how.
Custom Branding
Next, click on Branding & Display Options tab to use a custom logo and profile icon. Donna Parsons will upload her firm logo and profile icon...
The CalendarHero Scheduling webpage for Donna Parsons will now look like this:
Integrations: Additional Calendars and Video Conferencing
CalendarHero can track your availability on multiple calendars if, for example, you keep separate work and personal calendars. Donna Parsons used her Gmail account to log in so that calendar is already linked. Now she is going to add her Outlook calendar. In the My Integrations menu in the left navigation bar, select Calendar, then + Add Integration. Select the appropriate calendar. Read more about multiple calendars.
Finally, Donna will link her Zoom information by selecting My Integrations > +Add Integration > Video Conferencing > your video conferencing app of choice. Read more about connecting your video conferencing software. |
