Meeting types are a powerful feature of CalendarHero because they let you easily pre-configure your meeting settings, and then reuse these settings for faster meeting scheduling. Read more about meeting types in the CalendarHero Knowledge Base. |
As noted above, these are one-time setups, though you can modify them as needed. Here, we will look at four different types of meetings a dispute resolution professional might set up. First, there is a 4-minute video demonstrating the setup for a 20-minute Consultation via Google Meet. Following that are detailed instructions with visual aids for three other Meeting Types.
To create any meeting type when you are in the CalendarHero app, go to Meetings > Settings. Here, you can modify an existing meeting type by selecting the Edit button, or create a new one by selecting the +New Meeting Type button.
Example 1: 20-minute Consultation

You will set up the remote Mediation with the same parameters as the in-person session, except for the settings in the Location & Conferencing box:
