Welcome to ADR Notable! We are excited to show you how this first-of-its-kind mediation technology tool can help you every day, whether you are a case manager, a firm administrator, or a mediator or arbitrator managing sessions that are held in person or remotely. The following steps will guide you through the process of getting ADR Notable set up and ready to go! And remember that you can always find your way back to this article by using the "Back" buttons in your Browser.
Step 1: Create an account
If you have not already done so, it's easy to sign up for the free trial -- no credit card information is required at this stage.
Step 2: Keep an eye on your email
Once you've registered, you will immediately get a welcome message from ADR Notable founder Gary Doernhoefer. (If you don't see this message, you know the drill: check your Spam or Junk folder then add us to your trusted list.) Following that, ADR Notable's Customer Support Manager, Sydney, will help you make the most of your free trial period. Every couple of days, you will get an email message from her, and by the end of your trial period, you will be working in ADR Notable like a pro! This is the best way to get off to a great start.
TIP: If you want to go at your own pace and get access to all her messages at once, you will find them here in the Knowledge Base. Read Get the most from your free trial: Sydney's Onboarding Plan.
Step 3: Stay in touch
This way, you will always be in the know on new features, tips from fellow members of the ADR Notable community, webinars, conferences we will be attending, and enhancements in our product pipeline. There are two ways to do this:
(1) Email Newsletter: We only send this once or twice a month. If you un-checked the "newsletter box" when you registered for the app, you can still sign up here.
(2) Follow us on LinkedIn:
We post here more frequently and if you follow us, our posts will be in your feed so you can scan for those that interest you. In addition to updates on the platform, we include articles, news, and tips on a variety of dispute resolution topics. This includes everything from tips on marketing your practice, to increasing the efficiency of your mediations, to data security information, free resources, and to other mediation technology initiatives and products.
