A list of your cases appears on My Dashboard and also on on the Cases tab in your Profile. When you select Archive, the case will be removed from your Dashboard.
How can I see my archived cases?
When the Show Archived box is checked, the archived cases will appear in the list without the blue "Archive" option. Simply un-check the box to hide them again.
Can I edit my archived cases?
Yes, you will be able to make changes to your Case after it has been archived. You can even change the Status to "Open." Notes and files associated with an archived case remain available until you select Open and then select the Secure Delete tab. Read Disposition of my notes and files from a case to learn more.
Can I remove a case from the archives?
No. While you can work with a case that is in the archives, i t is not possible to "un-archive" a case, so if it is likely that a case will be revisited, you may want to keep it on your list with a status of "Open," "Resolved-Partially," or "Closed-No Resolution."
