This is the Term Sheet Donna Parsons created in ADR Notable and Microsoft Word. A copy of this Word document is attached below.
Option 1: Keep it all securely in ADR Notable. You can upload your own Term Sheet form and store it securely right in ADR Notable. Download it to Word from your Term Sheet screen, copy the information into your document, save it to your Retained Files folder, and it is securely stored, ready to be shared and edited as needed. See how this works...

Option 2: Do you prefer to work directly in Word? No problem! First, create your template in Microsoft Word and save it as a .dotx file in your Custom Office Templates folder on your PC. (You only have to do this one time, and we have attached Donna Parsons's Term Sheet template below as an example.) For more information, read the Microsoft Help article about creating Word templates.
When you are ready to create your Term Sheet, open both Word and ADR Notable. In Word, select File and <Your Template Name>. In ADR Notable, select the Copy button for each of the three text blocks and paste them into your own Word Term Sheet document.
