As a Beta Tester, you will provide feedback about your experience with the ADR Notable platform. Once you are using the product, you can provide immediate feedback by clicking on the “Help” tab in the top right corner of any screen within the ADR Notable platform. This will lead you to our customer service site where you can Submit a Request to report issues with the software, identify places where more explanation is needed, or offer suggestions for new features.
At the end of the beta testing period, we will ask you to complete a survey to help us capture additional information about your experience with ADR Notable.
For suggestions, comments and general feedback, please submit your ticket as a Task type. If you so choose, you may keep a separate document in which you can collect screenshots of the platform with descriptions of suggestions, issues, bugs, and anything else you come across, and submit it with your ticket. Our customer service is live weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm.
