A quick-start guide to testing ADR Notable
Thank you for agreeing to be a Beta Tester for ADR Notable. We are delighted to have you on board and are grateful for your time and feedback. We suggest you read this article all the way through before following any of the links -- the link that will get you into the product is at the bottom of this page.
As a Beta Tester and soon-to-be registered user of the ADR Notable platform, you can now set up new cases and use the platform for its intended purposes at no cost. Your 3-month free trial period will not begin until ADR Notable announces its full commercial launch. We will let you know when that happens!
If you ever need to find your way back to this article -- or any article in the Help Center -- it's easy! Simply click on the ADR Notable logo in the upper left corner and use the Search box or select the Section you want (in this case, "Especially for Beta Testers.")
Getting Started as a Beta Tester
After reading this quick-start guide, please take a look at I'm a Beta Tester: How do I provide feedback and get help? This will let you know how to give us feedback so that we can get ADR Notable launched as soon as possible.
ADR Notable: The Basics
The easiest way to begin is to read Getting Started with ADR Notable: 4 easy steps in our Knowledge Base. That piece will recommend additional articles that will get you quickly on your way to setting up your profile, linking your calendar and email, and more. Read as many as you wish!
After that, the fun begins and you will be ready to create a case. We would like to get feedback on all the features of the ADR Notable platform so please be sure to add offers and counter offers, create some clauses in your Library, use the timers, create a Term Sheet, and, well, you get the idea.
This is a good time to mention that we would very much like your feedback on the Knowledge Base articles as well as on the product itself. We will be finishing up the Help Center as you are doing your beta testing, so please know that you may find a couple of links to articles that are not yet published.
Not really a read-the-directions type? That’s okay! One of our guiding premises in developing ADR Notable is that it must be as intuitive as possible. So if you prefer, go ahead and dive right in to the product after reading "Getting started..."
When you find that you need more information, click on Help in the upper right corner of your screen and head back here to the Knowledge Base to see if you can easily find the answer. If not, please be sure to let us know by clicking on Submit a Request.
Essentially, you will provide user feedback about your experience with the ADR Notable platform. Once you are using the product, you can provide immediate feedback by clicking on the “Help” tab in the top right corner of any screen within the ADR Notable platform. This will lead you to our customer service site where you can Submit a Request to report issues with the software, identify places where more explanation is needed or offer suggestions for new features. Read How do I submit feedback and get help? for more information.
At the end of the beta testing period, we will ask you to complete a survey to help us capture additional information about your experience with ADR Notable.
If I use this for actual cases during the beta testing period, will I still have access to my case information once it has ended?
Yes! You will be able to access your cases during the beta testing period, during the 90-day Free Trial period that commences at the end of beta testing, and for as long as you are an active user on the product, as either a subscriber or a one-case-at-a-time user.
Do you have more questions? Check out the full Terms and Conditions for beta testers and if you don’t find answers there, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
