I am a mediator for several different organizations. How do I associate a new Case with the correct Firm?

ADR Notable uses a single sign-on to keep things simple for you. You sign in with the same user name and password for any case you set up.  However, you can choose which firm a new case belongs to each time you create a new case.  When you select the Create Case button  on My Dashboard (or the Cases tab in your Profile), you will see the following:

The drop-down License Selection menu will display the list of licenses you are authorized to use for new cases: 

• You will always have a personal license. 
• When you set up a firm, that option will also be available. 
• And if you are invited to participate in a case by another organization, that will also appear on the list. 

In this example, Donna Parsons has been invited to Community Mediation Services, where she does some pro bono work.  Simply choose the appropriate option and select the Continue --> button.
