Why can I not see all the documents from My Library when I open the Files folder from the Case Dashboard?

Any documents that you add to My Document Library after a case has been created will not appear in the Case Documents > Files folder for that case. 

You will always have access to all documents from My Global Files in My Document Library.  Read more about My Library.
