If you continue with ADR Notable after the free trial:
There will be a seamless conversion from the free trial to an ongoing account, whether you choose to acquire a certain number of single case licenses, purchase a subscription, or create an enterprise option for your firm. Read more about the free trial. More information about all payment plans is available at adrnotable.com/pricing.
If you choose not to continue with ADR Notable after the free trial:
There is still no risk to you. You may continue to access the cases you set up during the free trial until their conclusion, but you will not be able to set up new cases without a single-case license or subscription. Once there is a period of twelve months or more during which you do not use the ADR Notable platform and you have not contacted us, we will make one attempt to contact you using the email address you used to register with us. At your direction, we will either continue to maintain your account in anticipation of future cases, download your files for you in a commonly-used data format, such as .csv, or permanently delete them and remove your account. If our attempt to reach you after twelve months of non-use fails, we will delete all records of your cases and remove your account.
If you opt out of ADR Notable at any time (including during the free trial and grace period), you can request that your data be exported and sent to you by contacting support@adrnotable.com.
